Several interesting Podcasts on our Tigers.

The Detroit Tigers Minor League Report Podcast: Detroit Limps into the Bronx, looking for pitching help. 94 minutes.
Detroit heads to New York to take on the Yankees and the Whitecaps and Flying Tigers start their playoff journeys this week.

Scott Harris was on the Tigers 'Have a Seat' podcast with Dan Dickerson and Jason Benetti. He touched on the Tigers Player Development ideology and wants to remind fans McGonigle, Clark and Briceño are moving through the system "real fast".
"Big league pitching is better than it's ever been. Yet somehow there's this momentum towards moving guys (calling up) faster. Intellectually that doesn't make a lot of sense to me". "We have the best record in the American League and are trying to win the World Series. Them coming up and struggling right now doesn't help our team win games and it doesn't help them reach their ceilings sooner". "As counter-intuitive as it sounds sometimes the fastest way to get these guys to Detroit and performing is being patient through development".

Days Of Roar Tigers Podcast: Tarik Skubal vs. Garrett Crochet for Cy Young? Nick Pollack on the Detroit Tigers'. 82 minutes

Jack Flaherty continues to confound the Detroit Tigers.
The right-hander continues to ride the rollercoaster from good to bad outings.

Tigers Today podcast: Get to know radio broadcaster Greg Gania. 40 minutes.

Like Keith had any hope of hitting that pitch inside :/

Torres gets a one out double but the three lefty’s make an out.
Keith and Greene chases balls.,
Tigers start 0-2 risp.

This is probably going to be a frustrating night. Yankees are pretty hot now. Casey just threw him a cookie.

Freaking Mize.
He gets ahead of Judge 0-2. Throws three shit pitches to make count 3-2 Then a 90 mph pitch that had smash me written all over it right in Judges wheel house.

Given the 5-7 that Judge had going into the game, Mize should have just thrown him another garbage pitch. He just can't locate anything precisely.

Poor Sweeney and the tigers cant catch a break .
Robbed of a homer or double.

Two balls hit hard but only a few pitches helping Warren’s
Pitch count.

Casey probably struck him out on the 3rd and 4th pitch but got squeezed at the bottom of the zone. He was forced to go up.

Looking back at the judge at bat. Look like Ike the 3rd and 4th pitches were lower than they looked live.

Mize is so close to putting it all together. It's just crazy that the 2-3 mistake pitches he'll throw in a game are just annihilated. He actually got away with that last pitch tho

I just looked up the 2013 mlb draft, when Judge was the 32nd pick. Tigers were in their "draft pitchers" mode back then, and picked Jonathan Crawford for the 20th pick. That aged well.....

Such fast innings. They made him work in the 1st and that’s it.
He Had 23 pitches in the first inning :/
