Not really. The first pitch to Kerry was probably a strike, too. Tigers swing at most of the close pitches. I only saw one low strike to Tigers, and it was called a strike. He is calling all of Flaherty's low strikes balls, though. look at the chart I posted above. This ump wasn't calling low strikes in that game, either.Cleveland pitcher is getting anything that hits the box now.
