Game #44: Detroit Tigers @ NY Mets, Thursday May 14th, 2026, 1:10 Pm

I do find it emotionally helpful to just simply turn them off and not watch anymore.
I don’t have the same passion for our Tigers as previous seasons. I don’t sign up for any games on all the streaming services or mlb extra innings. I decided it isn’t worth going crazy over missed pitches by the pitchers batters or umpires. If they win games good, if they don’t I won’t let it get to me anymore.
This is a complete 180 degree turn around of my whole life as a Tiger’s fan the last few years.

I purchased the package last year. This year, I didn't buy it yet. So far, I'm happy with my decision

can Tigers protest this game for that bad call at 3rd as imo it changes the game all too much? in other words is there any appeal?

I do find it so much less emotionally charged when I don't watch. The only problem is I can't often find anything else decent to watch instead but I think i'll watch the pistons tonight for the first time in over 20 years. I'm not really much of a basketball fan.

At the moment I've seen zero tiger transactions after the terrible road trip which is shocking to me. De Jesus Vanasco Anderson Perez Short all need to be gone. The Brass doesn't appear to be serious about trying to win here at all. Well if they can't do what needs to be done then I can't bother watching them, I may just start actively rooting against them for as long as these 5 clowns are on this team.
