He has 5 quality starts of the eight he has this year.

I hate this roster construction. I hate that Harris is not proactive at all and settles for guys like Short and Perez. Jones is not hitting like last season so his last years splits are meaningless.

But the track record he is talking about is grasping i think.
Perez is batting .160. (He ended 2025 at .244/.308/.738. I think they are enamored with his 13 homers last season which if I remember were in the first half of the season. He is has been bad for awhile now.

Short just got his first hit.
Jones had a fabulous season (Last Year). He is not this year.

Vierling was hurt all of last season. His best year was 2024.
Tork. Worried about him big time.

pretty SAD when one of the highlights is you lost 3-1! mize pitched QS and got the loss. talk about highlights. Well Dingler did hit a homer but sad to say it was a solo one. Another great high light. Four batters can not carry the offence. Nor can 3 0r 4 pitchers. Philly change there manager and some how they started playing bette. Not saying Im on this band wagon but something got to change!
