Game #53: Cleveland Guardians @ Detroit Tigers, Saturday May 24, 2025, 7:15 Pm

Greene is 0 for 9, with 5 strikeouts this series. Colt Keith is 1 for 13, with 4 k's. Carpenter is 3 for 9 with 3 strikeouts, but he was pulled in late innings at least twice. Tork is 1 for 11, with 6 k's. McKinstry is 0 for 8, with 1 strikeout. Malloy is 0 for 3, with 1 k. Sweeney is 1 for 9, with 3 k's. Rogers is 0 for 7, with 2 k's. Torres, Dingler, and Baez are a hair better; less strikeouts, and around 4 or 5 hits between the three of them. The offense needs to change its approach.
oh i agree . We are awful. Especially this series.,
I already posted this. This is why we lost the first 3 games.
In critical spots. . We are leaving to many men on base.

Well it was 9 and 10 tonight. We stuck out only 1 more it just
Feels like they get so many 2 strike hits and we don’t.

We K . They do not.
Big difference between Cleveland and Detroit .
Going into tonight.

Tigers offense……………….456 K’s……..5th in MLB.

Three sickeningly disappointing games in a row. More than one single reason why.
