I feel bad for Ricky now. His minor league stats were great. He just cant get outs in mlb. His look on the rail says it all for this club.

The Tigers today placed RHP Kenley Jansen on the 15-day injured list with pelvic inflammation. LHP Drew Sommers has been recalled from Triple-A Toledo.
Tigers outfielder Kerry Carpenter and infielder Gleyber Torres will head to Toledo tomorrow for a rehab assignment. Carpenter will play immediately, Torres might be a day or two behind.
The Tigers have three active players on offense who are positive WAR players:
Kevin McGonigle, Dillon Dingler and Riley Greene. That's it. That's the list.
By fWAR, Dingler/Greene/McGonigle (5.7) are the 2nd best trio of qualified teammates in the AL, behind only Bellinger/Judge/Rice (6.8) in New York.

If this team is to perform better this season, there are a number of concerns that need to be addressed and changed sooner rather than later. Since today is Friday, many can be identified but here are my top 5:

There’s no need to review the Detroit Tigers’ year so far. Between injuries and their failure to execute in games, we know that the Front Office has its work cut out for them. Lots of changes need to be made.
