Game 8: Vikings @ Lions Thread

Dan is
2-3 opening games. ( wasn’t Miami coach opening game.
And 3-2-1 after byes (incudes taking over Miami)
Won 2020
Tied 2021
Lost 2022
Won 2023
Won 2024
Lost 2025

We really need to trade for more offense line depth.
I’d target .
Cornerbacks
Defense line.
Offense line.

In any order you want.

Yeah they were not ready to play.
Penalties were a issues.
They have seen Minnesota blitzes before. Pisses me off Morton couldn't adjust to fix the help Goff out.
Now again. The line is dealing with injuries which is frustrating but it should not have been this difficult.

We also play
@ Washington
@ Philadelphia
Next

Shockingly we are 16-18-2
against the Eagles, and 0-1 in the playoffs.
Washington kind of owns us.
We are 16-28 against them and
0-4 in the playoffs for (16-32)

I so hate the Vikings. Now Pft tomorrow will suck because Florio is a Vikings fan.

Dan is

2-2-1
That ref that called jamo out of bounds should no longer be an official. He was right there and still missed the call. No excuse
this whole crew was bad. Nothing worse than Jacks Sack being called a late hit/fall on. Ridiculous call.

Btw Washington is getting crushed at home by Seattle late 2nd quarter 28-7. We will have to beat a salty Washington team next week too.

Looks like the Lions will be facing Mariota as Dan Quinn had Daniels in the game down 38-7 mid fourth. He breaks the pocket trying for the end zone and leaves game with his Arm in a brace. Coming off an injury he should not be playing.

Daniels dislocated his elbow in a 38-7 game in the 4th quarter.
Lions have zero excuses next week.

Level of concern? for me. A LOT, very. They do not look good enough to me to believe SB is possible this year. At this point with the tough schedule 6th or 7th seed is what they look like.

Detroit Lions signing offensive lineman to practice squad.
The Detroit Lions are adding an offensive lineman to their practice squad, but don’t expect him to contend for a starting job.
