I was Super worried about this game. Seattle blew a 5-0 lead in the 8th inning last night at New York .lost in 10 innings.

Every time a tiger hitter gets behind 0-2 or 1-2 I notice other teams just waste a fastball high. 80% of the time we hack.


That was a terrible 7th.
Baez, Keith and Torres barely see 10 pitches.

Actually the pitch was 2-3 inches outside but I think belt high.
It was a poor pitch. He should used his fastball.

I wonder what the tigers record is with either Meadows or Vierling starting since they came off the injury list. Because neither is really helping the team much. Parker has 2 homers but only 21 for 103 counting tonight’s game. Not sure what to do with those two.

Hernandez should really only be used in mop up work; this was too close to rely on him.

Seattle lost a heartberker last night at NY and Skubal and the tigers were shit tonight.

Tigers have played poor in back to back games at home.

What I notice about teams like Seattle and Tampa bay is they seem to put the balls in play. I could be wrong.

Btw Hurter has not been good for a month now.
He won’t be on the team much longer either.
Once Torres whiffs on the grounder Hurter was done.

I do hope they are looking for some bullpen upgrades. We need more depth, and a full-on closer.
