We really suck on Saturday's lol

Yesterday was the first time the Tigers have allowed 12+ runs in back-to-back games since Sept. 2-3, 2015, against Kansas City. The two starters: Randy Wolf, making one of the last starts of his career; and Matt Boyd, making one of the first starts of his career.

Briceno triples, Clark shows speed at All-Star Futures Game.
Three of Detroit’s top four prospects played in the 2025 All-Star Futures Game.
BYBTB

Players with:> 20 HR> 70 RBI> 140 wRC+> 3.0 fWAR
Aaron Judge
Cal Raleigh
Riley Greene

Wenceel Perez July:
216/275/297

Matt Vierling is a much better hitter than the first 45 AB have shown. A massive FB rate. A cratered LD rate, yet the EV velocity numbers are in line with history. Shortly he will start hitting a lot better with pull side power.

2 untouchable prospects: McGonigle, Rainer.
2 95% untouchable prospects: Briceno, Clark.
Assets fans vastly over value: Jung, Lee, Liranzo.
Assets that do have value: Montero, SGL, Malloy.

Over this three-game slide, the Tigers have allowed 34 runs. And over the past month, their pitching staff now ranks last in the AL in ERA (4.81).
July 31 looms. Moves to be made.

Tork saves Jack !
Line out Double play!

For now lol !

I agree that Greene’s at bat 3-0 was terrible. Jack had just had a huge Pitch count 1st. Why are you swinging 3-0:? He may have walked you ? Your job was to get his pitch count up, and maybe do some damage. . I can see swinging if it’s late in the game. Just not a fan of that unproductive out.

Jack has 44 pitches after two innings. The overtaxed bullpen is going to have to step up unless he raises his efficiency quite a bit. Let's hope for a major rally, so we can knock the pressure down a bit.

What the hell is Vierling swing at? .162 now.

Just get Meadows to 2 strikes and throw him a change up.
He isn’t even close. .198 now.

We really need these bats to wake up out of thier hibernation.

I don’t see how this guys pitches are fooling anyone. They seem straight as an arrow. Idk I must be seeing it wrong.

Stupid 1-2 count homer to RF. Ball was not off the plate that much.
Such a poor pitch. Dont care what dirks is saying.
Putrid pitch in that count. 95 mph not outside far enough.

The mariners 842 #4 and The tigers 839 #5 strikeout a lot.
Why are you throwing anything close on a 1-2 count.

wtf is Torres doing ?

Runs us out of a potential big inning. The play is right in front of him.
So freaking dumb .

Some of the players are running without even looking.

Just freaking ridiculous stupid.

First two players get hits. Torres stupid running gaff cost the tigers a chance at a run.

Tigers get 3 hits in the inning and don't score.

Get 2 strikes on a tiger hitter. Throw the change up ZM
Swings right over it .
