Game #97: Seattle Mariners @ Detroit Tigers, Sunday July 13th, 2025, 1:40 Pm

Tie game 2-2
No way Jack last much longer. He is fooling no much anymore.

Bottom fourth freaking 2-2, game.

Now Benitti and Dorks are saying it is the right play.
It’s not with that guys arm. He was just barely around the base when the cf had it. He may have thought the ball was in the gap but it wasn’t .

Shocker both Meadows Vierling are dead weight in this order.

wtf is meadows and Greene doing ?
Gaff doesn’t cost as Jack does in fact battle back from a
3-1 count to Rodriguez to strike him out !

Seattle Batters foul off Jacks 2 strikes pitches.
Detroit batters strikeout badly.
.

Meadows is likely turning into a mental case like his brother. The guy is ass at the plate and in the field now.

Flaherty is so frustrating. 90% of the game hes great, but that 10% is just really bad.

That 4.81 era has me really concerned for the second half.

We all have to be worried about what is happening with him.
His reads and angles in the outfield are really poor so far.

Seems like we hit the ball hard right at someone.
Keith smokes that ball right at the cf.
We really need a homer.

Let’s not make assumptions about his mental state. You have no evidence. What we do see is Meadows playing tentatively, both at the plate, on the basepaths, and in the outfield. He isn’t running full out, and his fielding judgement is off. All things that happen if you are forced to completely shut down with a nerve impingement for several months. Hopefully it doesn’t flare up again, and he regains is ability to move quickly, which is integral to his success.

Just throw us slow pitches. We strikeout.
Greene had him 3-0 too. Frustrating.

Both Parker and Matt appear to me not to be ready to play yet.
Neither are close at the plate. Parker is way off in the field too.
