Oh. It just occurred to me that you are probably of Japanese descent.

I don't know if you know this, but Henry David Thoreau was an obsessive student of Sun Tzu.

Emerson wasn't; but he knew a lot about Sun Tzu from talking to Thoreau.

Although Thoreau could never get it straight that Sun Tzu was Chinese, not Japanese.

So Emerson grew up thinking that Sun Tzu was Japanese.

Whenever I read about that, I'm like..."how the **** could you have gotten that mixed up, Thoreau?"

LOL, actually I'm not Japanese at all (at least I don't think I have any Japanese ancestry); I'm just a Japanophile.

Interesting story about Thoreau and Emerson and their interest in Sun Tzu.

Happy Thanksgiving all.

Well, we managed to navigate our way through a few Wolverines, a Spartan ...Buckeye and a Gator ..Stanford Cardinal too ...

Lions win was sweet - I went to 5yrs of TGiving Lions games many moons ago at Silverdome but something sweet about a Honolulu Blue win.

Cowboys look solid but I doubt they make it to SB51 ...not quite ready yet.

I always feel like the Cowboys coach is going to lose when they make the playoffs. Something will get screwed up hopefully. Do not want to see cowboys back in sb.

Do the Lions look like-do I dare be the first to enunciate it?-Like a team of destiny?
