Hilliard may start at RT Week 2

Seriously...how much does Goz continue to **** up? It's like he doesn't get it. It's never-ending with this clown. I hope he is let walk like the rest of the Millen trash and they move Backus over or draft a tackle and let that guy start on the right until Backus is gone or they move him over when the other guy is ready to take over the left side.

should be a heavy oline draft next year unless they focus on safety, corner or dline depth. Sooner we start making changes the better. **** continuity.

Hilliard isn't any better then Cherilus.....either or they're pretty much the same RT.

Mehhhh, lets wait until the season is over before we talk about the draft, especially since they looked good in the first game. I wouldnt mind getting a new center though.

Safety?? A LT, C, RG, or a RT would be nice...

Most mocks I've seen (obviously REALLY early) have us picking at about #20, so I'm not thinking we'll go LT there unless a stud drops and that's our biggest need. I could see us going LB or CB in the 1st round, then back filling with OL after that. You can usually snag excellent guards and centers in the middle rounds.

Gosdar had one stupid play, but otherwise played very well. He needs to eliminate the mental errors and he'll be a top 10 RT in this league. He's just coming back from a serious injury too, I'm not giving up on him yet.

I have been preaching it all along. We will address the OL this draft. This is the year.

Yes, the OL doesn't give Stafford much time and he had to adjust his game accordingly.

You have to hand it to the kid, with the no huddle and the quick release passes he has single handedly made our par OL look -gulp- good.

Well you basically had a 50/50 shot. It's either CB or OL. QB,RB,WR,TE,DL, and S are filled with quality players.

Manning did it for years in Indy.

Yep, they couldn't run over there and the OL gets more credit than it deserves. Indy, Peytonless, 1-15. They get a mercy win.

This is a joke, right? Why can't the Lions run the ball to the right very well?

I was preaching that we would go after OL in 2012 before our last draft. Nice try though.

Preaching???

That would infer that people are listening to you.

They aren't.
