Get StartedIs it booby awareness month?
Right, but why do we have to wear pink? It's Coaches vs Cancer, not just Coaches vs Breast Cancer.
That's true. Just wish they'd push the childhood cancer foundation more.Sgree plenty of cancers out there. But the pink stands out especially for men
The pink stuff really has done a huge marketing job for two decades
I've learned a lot about pediatric cancer over the past few years due to stories like Lauren Hill, Chad Carr and countless others. The most disappointing thing I've learned is that less than 5% of the money that's spent by the American Cancer Society is given to pediatric cancer research.
Breast cancer is terrible, all cancer is terrible. But it's sad that there's not more emphasis placed on finding a cure for these kids. Everyone is right though, the pink stuff sells. They can keep the shoes, I'll just donate the money to Chad Tough and let it be put to use for the kids.
quite frankly, i don't trust a lot of charity organizations. There are a lot of CEO's out there making 6 figures and driving ferraris...
really opened my eyes to it when I did the tough mudder and my money was supposed to go to vets, but it went to CEO's of the wounded warrior fund.
Yep, Wounded Warrior is the reason I don't trust most of them. Another reason I trust Chad Tough. I know that 100% of my money goes to the cause instead of an entire corporate payroll needing to be paid before any money makes it to the beneficiary.
Loved the pink shoes. Would love some for myself.![]()
