They're demoralized, can't even play simple defense at this point. I don't know why I'm still watching this shit.

Pssst some of you act like oh well la de da lost 3 of 4 to the rumps are aces all got shelled, 2 games out of first oh well no big deal, taking after the manager perhaps half asleep and don't care
Who's saying "la de da"? I'm not happy we're losing this series, but I'm not out on the ledge just yet, there is 3/4 of the season left to play and we went though this same thing last year.
If Leyland is a convenient scapegoat for you to hang your tears on, be my guest. I'm sure it has nothing to do with a weak bullpen, or the fact that everyone not named Miguel Cabrera or Jhonny Peralta has not hit for shit this month, or that our starters have been less then stellar for the last 2 weeks.
I'm switching to pepsi, and i hate ****ing pepsi.
They lack motivation and an eagerness to win, it could be a reflection of the manager, worn out and tired, no engery
Good thing Downs got 3 whole pitches in today.

The rumpers are a better team with the best W/L record in MLB @ their own ballpark, like the Tigers have been at CoPa. But they also currently have a much better road record, taking into consideration their division rivals all being under .500 and the other AL/NL teams that they have played.
Looks like they will take the series..hope that the Tigers will sweep & blow them out when they visit for a 3 game series just before the ASB.
And yet a few weeks ago we were the best pitching and hitting team in baseball. Is it only a reflection when things are bad?
