I think KC is going to rough up Rick.....the Tiger's bats need to come alive. Miggy and Prince need to earn their $125,000 game check! LOL....no wonder those two always look like they are having a good time win or lose....if I made $125K for every game I played it would be hard to hide my smile!

on ave on most nights we've got 4 above .300 bats in this lineup yet scoring more than 2 runs is often a major challenge. I really thought that issue would be gone once we got rid of all the Mendoza hovering bats out of the lineup for good. For the most part they did that and it didn't help. I don't get that..

Terrible clutch hitting and NO power from the guys with lower batting averages. I could live with a guy that hits .250 if he hits 25+ HRs.

Almost anyone not in a key spot in this lineup [leadoff, 3, cleanup] would likely be better.

Dirks would almost be optimal because then you don't have 2 slugs back to back, and limits the chances of GIDP's.

Honestly, Delmon should be on the bench with his surfer bra for the rest of 2012 unless we need him to PH. [god help us if we do]

Think of it this way, Delmon is the worst on the team in terms of wasting big AB opportunities.

Seriously, with the OBP.'s that are right in front of him he should have 100 RBI by now, but instead he swings at anything leaving the pitchers hands and usually single handedly ends rallies with a single swing.

The only person on the team who even comes close to giving away AB's like Delmon does is Boesch, which is why they both belong on the bench.

I's DH Laird over Delmon in a heartbeat.

why not have Q try and bunt for a base hit... two things could have happened.. Try some things Jim with fringe players.
