Well... we'll get em next year.

This says that Michigan isn't necessarily out of it - well, it says they're not out of the discussion, anyway, even if any rationale discussion results in "we discussed you, and you're not in..."

If I were a fan of a team that won its conference championship game, I would be pissed at either Ohio State or Michigan getting in...

Neither team did what it had to do to get to its conference championship game and win the conference championship.

Michigan didn't, and Ohio State didn't either.

They both should be out, on their way to a real good bowl game - they both did earn that.

If you don't believe that OSU is the second best team in the country behind Alabama you are delusional. They actually have a better resume than Alabama. This is what happens when you plan an unbalanced schedule. Penn State didn't play Wisconsin or Nebraska. OSU beat both, and they beat Oklahoma on the road. There is no way OSU does not make the final four and if somehow they don't, the committee are a bunch of idiots.
And honestly, Michigan deserves it over Penn state or Wisconsin. It's obvious OSU and Michigan are the two best teams in the big ten.

What does Nebraska have to do with this? They suck!

Why?

On Alabama's "resume" is having won its division - that isn't on OSU's.

Probably Alabama is going have a conference championship on its resume - not OSU.

I'm not really reacting to you - you're saying something I've been hearing pundits say all day yesterday - completely disregarding that division and conference championships should be included on the so called "resume."

Exactly, Tinsel....who in the top 10 has Alabama beaten?

all this talk of resume....head2head...then change it around when talking about another team as if none of that stuff matters that you just used...

Yep.

And what's not on the Buckeyes resume?

Winning all the games they needed to win to get to win their conference championship.

That's missing.
