Hes the least clutch player on the team this year. Last I looked his ops in close/late situations was like .480. Was in the bottom 5% of all baseball.of course not...but only an idiot would expect a hit every AB.
FYI, you are pretty much talking to yourself on the game 3 wildcard thread**** you Seattle!!! That's what you get for booing a ball!!!
It's usually just me and Bob anyway. Guys like you come after the fact to try and call out our takes. Thats pretty much what's left after the mods ran everyone off.FYI, you are pretty much talking to yourself on the game 3 wildcard thread
You got to be kidding me. AJ just pulled Melton with this trash bag bullpen
This pen doesnt have 2 guys i trust. The closer they get to vest without using anyone else the better. The pen gave up 2 runs thrusday so your argument is just dumb. You complained about Thursday and the pen threw 2 and a third 1 hit 0 run ball in the innings Flaherty would have been in. Do you think Jack would have done that
Melton got hit hard on quite a few, I would not have wanted him to see the lineup a 3rd time

It's not the inning they take him out. It's the fact that they commit to having to use 4 relievers that is the problem. Jack may have struggles 3rd time through sometimes, but he was cruising just fine and was taken out on the 9th hitter(rochio) who he struck out his first at bat.No, its not dumb. You complained about them taking out Jack, they did fantastic in the innings maxing out Jack would have been.
