Hardest scene to watch

What is the hardest, most painful movie scene to watch?

I think of the phone call scene in swingers and the torture scene in Casino Royale.

The scene in Jackass where they were doing the paper cuts with the manilla envelopes made me cringe.

The scene in "Sleepers" where a little boy asks Kevin Bacon's character "what do you want" and Kevin Bacon replies "a blowjob", then the sound of a zipper as the camera pans away to little boys screaming as they get raped.

The scene In Pulp Fiction creeps me out when Uma gets the shot of adrenaline in the heart. I mean it is a cool scene but it freaks me out...

The scene from Saving Private Ryan (where Adam Goldberg's character is knifed slowly)... I hate this scene... It bugs the shit out of me and is hard to watch.....

Chest-busting scene from Alien. When i saw this in the theater I flipped out... I grab my chest whenever i see that film.

It's the big one! I'm comin' Elizabeth! I'll be the one with the alien popping out my chest!

violence doesn't usually bother me as much as awkward, or painful emotional scenes.

there are a couple scenes in The Verdict that do that to me; one when Paul Newman realizes he's been outmaneuvered and the opposing counsel bribes his expert witness to disappear before the trial, and he realizes his whole case is screwed... another when he locks himself in the bathroom and breaks down because of self doubt.

the scene in Platoon when they go into the village and start shooting people is pretty hard to watch.

the end of Saving Private Ryan, when they're walking through the cemetery and the old veteran tearfully asks his family if he's lived a good life... that was hard to watch because it seemed so sappy and contrived to me. I hate steven spielberg.

The part in Hostel where the dude cuts the girl's eye off.

Yeah i cringe at that too.. But then Marsellus save the scene.. Plus needles in the chest bug me... But your right the Gimp scene is really bad....

[after Butch saves Marsellus from rapists]

Butch: You okay?

Marsellus: Naw man. I'm pretty fuckin' far from okay.

Butch: What now?

Marsellus: What now? Let me tell you what now. I'ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin' ------- who'll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with you by a damn sight. I'ma get medieval on your ass.

Butch: I meant what now between me and you?

Marsellus: Oh, that what now. I tell you what now between me and you. There is no me and you. Not no more.

The achillies tendon cutting in house of wax or any scene from Hills have eyes.

The rape scene in Last House On The Left, the recently release one...

That was long and wierldy drawn out but I didnt find it nearly as horrible as some. Don't get me wrong to think of any kid being raped is unthinkable but I didn't think it was as bad as it was made out to be. Just far too long.

Leaving las Vegas the entire movie but I think it peaks when nic cage wakes in the morning with the shakes grabs 2 bottles of vodka and pounds them in the shower just to get right again.
