    I would love for the Tigers to sweep the post season awards...Cy, MVP, and ROY. But Myers does look to have a comfortable lead on ROY over Iggy. With Myers hitting in the middle of the Rays line up and Iggy hitting 9th for the Tigers also says something to voters as well, IMO.

    I wonder if DD is signing Bondo and JJ because he has a deal in the works that will require him to ship out some of our minor league pitching prospects and he doesn't want to get too short handed in the rotation at Toledo.

    Many Euro players are known for their offense but don't play defense. From what I'm reading this describes Datome. He should have a role off the bench, but how much he plays will depend on how well he adjusts to NBA expectations.

    Dimitri Young would be a better option. He doesn't have to serve a suspension for drugs and doesn't bring as much baggage and would probably accept a minor league deal with an invite to ST and earn his way onto the team.

    Greatest LF since 1969

    I couldn't vote for Bonds since he was the product of roids. I think Henderson was very very good but ended up voting for Yaz. Winning the triple crown, 3000 hits, 400 HR, nuff said.

    Miggy will get some votes but I would be surprized if he got any first place votes. His AVG was excellent but he was to far down the list on RBI and HR. Those power numbers matter alot to the voters.
