2022 Draft simulator

Wish you could do free agency simulator too with it

I enjoy this simulator. This year I have typically only done 3 round drafts. Here is one I just did.

Might have to move Pickett up 30 spots. No way a QB isn?t taken in the top 10 and he?s the best of the group.

Accurate - buffalo selects Desmond Ridder at 25. So many things wrong with that. That's just the first thing that caught my eye.

Lol they both have their flaws but fun. The PFF ones have QBs going a lot quicker.

When in doubt... pick a Georgia defenseman.

I excepted better from you?

lol! If it makes you feel any better, Hutch was gone and i almost picked Dax Hill instead of Cine. Cine just has more of a physical presence about him that i feel can support in the box when needed but is still plenty fast enough to cover a TE.

Hate to say it....but the speed of Tindall and Walker at LB would completely change this defense. Im so sick of watching Thor and JRM making tackles 10 yards down the field. If were putting all those big bodies infront of them we need linebackers that can get to the hole faster and fill it.

I went in full trade back mode. I ended up not selecting a single player from the 2022 class. Didn't end up giving up any future picks including the Rams 2023 pick.

2023 picks
Lions 1
Rams 1
Car 1
Wash 1
NE 1
Ind 1
Hou 1
NE 2
Eag 2
LAC 2
Pit 2
TN 2
Sea 2
TB 2
LAR 2
LF 2
Bal 2
LAR 3

7 first round picks
11 second round picks

Should be able to build a pretty good roster in 2023

Nice, should be about 19 top 64 picks. Not even the Lions could get them all wrong.

I know we're just messing with the sim, but I've honestly favored the dartboard theory when it comes to drafting and would be interested to see this in practice.

for sure. Even the "can't miss" prospects probably have a 50% "bust" rate.

I might have just had the best Lions draft ever. ;)
