Sounds like he lost the team before the season began
He was a lousy communicator and there was a lot of miscommunication. Plays on the floor were not being run properly because the players couldn't hear him.
Not sure how accurate this is, but it's probably close to the truth.
Does anyone think he'll get another head coaching job again?
