Isn't this the guy everyone was creaming about a couple years back? Well we brought him in for a look.

The Detroit Lions took a closer look at free agent wide receivers Devin Aromashodu and DeMarco Sampson, as well as quarterback Nathan Enderle, according to a report from the National Football Post.

The Lions should already be plenty familiar with Aromashodu, who has spent the past five seasons in the NFC North as a member of the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.

The 6-foot-2 receiver has the ability to succeed in a vertical offense, but has produced very little in seven seasons, catching just 78 passes for 1,193 yards and five touchdowns.

He was released by the Bears last week.

Sampson, also 6-foot-2, was a seventh-round pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2011. He was active 12 games as a rookie, but hauled in only three receptions for 36 yards. He was most recently with the Buffalo Bills. In three preseason games, he caught six balls for 67 yards.

Enderle has spent time with four organizations since being drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL draft. He appeared in one preseason game for the San Diego Chargers, completing his only pass attempt for six yards.

As a four-year starter at Idaho, the 6-foot-4 Enderle completed 54.6 percent of his throws. He racked up over 10,000 yards passing for the Vandals, tossing 74 touchdowns and 60 interceptions.

ouch, guess that's a sign of how bad things are if were giving him a look.

He's 29 can't create separation and catches about 1 in 5 balls thrown his way. Guess he's Nate's understudy.

He just looked good against us because well out back end of our defense has made every QB and WR look good for the past 10 years at least lol.
