I just wonder how this helps anything..how long can he possibly be the coach? Maybe they're bringing him in to mentor someone on the staff to take over? (Giving Jerry way too much credit, they owuld never think that far in advance).... Montee comes in, switches systems and then you end up in a search for a new coach in a year or 2.
