No doubt, Evans and Malik held Derrick Henry to about 75 yards in the Cotton bowl, Evans was knocking the center back 3 yards against OSU. He would have been suspended for 6 games had he stayed at MSU, supposedly he tested positive just after the bowl game so this was something the staff knew about for a while. If he would have met certain conditions he would have been able to stay at MSU, but he ran out of chances.
