All of this a long way to the short point that the university is paying for the $30 million renovation of Breslin, while the athletic department is responsible for the $20 million construction of the Tom Izzo with Hall of History and the Draymond Green Strength and Conditioning Center.

Some of those funds have yet to be accounted for, at least publicly.

There is, however, a "special announcement" scheduled in downtown Detroit on Wednesday afternoon. Let's just say, ordinary announcements related to MSU aren't often held at the historic One Woodward Avenue skyscraper where Quicken Loans happens to be located.

I wonder if he'd be willing to put up a few hundred grand to put towards top notch coordinators?

Winning an NBA championship and a Calder Cup this year has really put him in a giving mood. He also donated 5 million to Wayne State Law School last month.

...but with the stipulation he gets to kick or knee the law school dean in the balls whenever he's in town.

No complaints, he opened the wallet but there were talks of 50 million to fund other things above and beyond that project. Fahrner should be next up to bat

After Draymond gave 3m he tweeted Gilbert and said that he was up next.
