Hopefully a 2026 7th.

BREAKING: #Jets trading WR Denzel Mims and a 2025 7th-round pick to the #Lions for a 2024 conditional 6th-rounder, per
@Connor_J_Hughes

It's a good deal. Basically, we drop a round in the draft in 2025 (from 6th to 7th) for a guy that has the potential to fill the DJ Chark role. Tall, fast deep threat. Only 25.

6'3" 207 lbs. Ran a 4.38 at the combine. 59th overall pick in 2020.

Why not?

And if he doesn't make the 53 man roster. The Lions owe nothing

Get a look at him in camp and worth the late round swap in 2025 if he earns it

We already used that one for Riley Patterson.????????????

Marvin Jones NFI list. Maybe helped push them on that trade

Does anyone know what exactly is the ?conditional 6th? that we gave up?

If he makes the 53 man roster it triggers. If not, it does not and we got a free look at him.

And Lions 6th for a Jets 7th swap, not just giving up a 6th.
