derrrr if you take out all the times he was incomplete...then he completes a lot of passes....derrrrrrrrr.

go ahead..just tell us youre fucking retarded so it makes sense. At least that way youll get some sympathy for how dumb you are.

derrrrrrrrr

Completion percentage is a useless measure of accuracy.

Completion % is a terrible stat. It doesn't put everything in context like accuracy % does. I don't take out every incomplete, just the ones that clearly aren't the QBs fault.

Stafford has missed some this year, but he has played good overall in this 9 games (especially given the injuries and no run game circumstances.

The only reason you like comp % better because it makes Stafford look worse than he actually is.

The issue I have with non traditional stats you are basically taking someone else's opinion.

You can't be certain what they are counting as a throw away, drop etc.
Does it breakdown by throw distance? What is Staffords PFF passer rating this year? Last year that was the gold standard for the slaps, this year it's not even mentioned and accuracy % is the new love.
Can anyone post the top 10 accuracy QBs? It would help give context. Just comparing him to a couple QBs doesn't help. Where is Romo rated? cutler? Wilson?

QB rating for the most part tends to order the QBs correctly.

His numbers are similar to brady and peyton because they do a good job of eliminating those situations. You dont see them throw the ball away much because they extend the play and usually complete the pass instead. Drops should never be taken away from stafford.....his wrs have been tops in the league so often hes clearly part of the problem.

Manning and Brady get better protection. Less throwaways. Weapons with good hands, less drops.

drops and throwaways are not on Stafford. Stop being a Stafford hater.

Well except this year patriots and broncos have a higher drop %.

What weapons would you trade for patriots players? Gronk is the only Weapon that is better when compared to our #1 TE.

Better run game and pass pro in New England. Not just drops alone.

And Stafford has a better accuracy %. Brady 14 throw aways, Stafford 20. Just the circumstances. The pressure hits home better against us. Hence the sack rate per pressure. Worse pass pro for Detroit.

Unbiased ranks Detroit pass protection better. 3.7 seconds per sack, just takes longer for staff to make decision. Worse pocket presence. Again Stafford is average, which is ok, we can win with average QB and great defense.

Stafford is good and clutch. Stafford has a very quick release. 8th fastest to throw average in league.

8th fastest trigger in the league. It's the olines fault not Stafford. He makes very quick decisions.

3.7 sec average for a sack is a combination of stafford and lombardi not knowing wtf they are doing.
