I?ve blamed Holmes a bunch. But this is now on Glenn. He has to do something different.

And that is exactly it. There is absolutely no talent on this defense save for Hutch and Okuda. And they are dealing with dead cap money so they are more or less broke. So Glenn has to work with what he has. Which as we all know is not much.
