I need ideas for a couple's halloween costume.

for now, there's only two of us, but if we bring in another couple, we might do a bigger group costume.

I was thinking...

- Gilligan and Mary Ann (would expand to the skipper and movie star if more, or maybe Thurston P. Howell and the Mrs.)
- Richie and Margot Tenenbaum

limitations: I'm not dressing in drag, and it has to be something I can wear all night... AKA ease of bathroom use considered

Does it have to be a TV show?

I went as a baby when I was in college. Won a competition, no biggie.

And it fits your limitation, AKA ease of bathroom use considered, nicely.

ok, dressing as a baby is also out.

Pee Wee Herman and Dottie?

You DON'T wanna go as the Lady Michigan Angel and the Ohio* Guy Devil.

I've done that a few times; that one is mine...

Mrs. wears a painter's smock and carries an easel.

You wear a robe and a mask that looks like this:

that is clever, but I'm not sure we could pull it off.

any other ideas, Red? I had big hopes you'd come through here.

I was also thinking about replacement refs, but the more I think about it, the less I like it.

I grew a beard in college and went as an amish man. Couldn't get my wife (girlfriend at the time) to wear the dress. I thought it was funny as hell, even walked around campus like that a few times.

Some combination of flesh-colored body suits, British themed skivvies, and/or other strategically placed British elements and you can go as Royal Family members.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. You can pick who you want to be.

Go this direction.
