I don?t see how a guy shooting a three point shot can be fouled by a defender who is facing away from the shooter, whose back the shooter lands into, as the shooter lands forward into the defender, who is again, facing away from the defender.

But then, again, we all know how objective the officiating is in the B1G.

Bufkins turnover on baseline was stupid.
My opinion the team made stupid decisions all night tonight. Well coach teams rarely blow 77-70 leads with 2 minutes left. Michigan should never be short point guards. They should have brought in 2.

Also you have a 30 point scorer. Get him the ball instead of Dug.
I'm positive izzo would have known how.

But hey maybe we will win the btt. The conference stinks this year.
Michigan is sadly a bottom feeder again in hoops.

I don?t think I?ve seen it that bad; they do it, to a degree all the time, for the home team in the B1G- except, of course, at Crisler Arena, where refs continue to hate on Michigan, always and forever.

I guess Dug could have run off the court and up into the stands when he turned away from defending the shot.

Possibly he wouldn?t have been called for the foul had he done that.

You just can?t blow a 77-70 lead with 2 minutes left. Just poorly prepared to handle lowa?s pressure. Wrong guys handling the ball. Guys standing in corners,and a freaking freshman getting way more shots then Hunter. Don?t care if he is double teamed that just can?t happen.
Plus Howard has to come up with a better play the. A Dug floater at the end that wasn?t close. Frustrating loss no other way to look at it. Michigan gave this game away.

Hopefully a winning streak starts soon.
