Hoops vs Nebraska

I mentioned on the MSU board that the Spartans would go 5-2 and make the NCAA. Not as confident about Michigan going 5-2 against this slate.

on Michigan twitter, someone pointed out we had the exact same record after the same amount of games last year.

This year seems worse though. Losing to CMU was just dumb.

But they're probably not as bad as we think.

Last seven yikes

2/11 Indiana
2/14 @ Wisconsin
2/18 Msu
2/23 @ Rutgers
2/26 Wisconsin
3/2 @ Illinois
3/5 @ Indiana

Then btt

I was curious how Sagarin would rank us & predict these outcomes.

We'd be favored in our home games against MSU & UW. IU at home is a toss up.

away games at IU, UI, and Rutgers are all clear losses. The game @UW is a narrow UW victory. almost a toss up.

a 4-3 finish would put us at 18-13. I think we still need help to make the tourney. Sucks also that we end the season with our two toughest remaining games.
