funny thing is when it came across the ticker on the NFL Network it said "Levy fined for leading with his shoulder at the players head" ( in so many words ...you get what im saying) lol ....can you believe that shit? What a joke!!

I remember when they called it during the game the ref said the personal foul was for hitting the receiver or something along those lines.
