Lions sign DE Robert Ayers and then cut him in one day

Quality signing. Nothing ground breaking, but he's going to help a pass rush that has looked ... well... shitty to be honest.

Kennard has been bad. We're at the throw a bunch of bodies out there and hope we don't suck phase. The hope is scheme improves our defense once the season starts... it's really our only hope since we're so talentless in the front 7.

The “throw enough shit at the wall” strategy to improve the pass rush. I wouldn’t mind it so much if they weren’t trying it every season.

Might have found the answer to his being cut.

"When the report came out that he was facing a 4 game suspension for PED violation, it was known but not disclosed to the Lions".
