MSU vs CMU Game Thread

Maxwell looked good. Cant believe they didn't run it all. Made so good throws to keep the drive going.

Should of had another TD on that last drive, but he needs to learn to take some off the ball.

Wow, Fowler 7 catches for 93 yards. I remember the big 37 yard catch, but didn't realize he was near 100.

Nice out and up to Arnett, also good read on the TD. Hope they start using Caper and Hill more.

Just what the doctor ordered, we were able to work on our passing game and get some backups a lot of playing time. Maxwell started a little shaky, missed a couple of passes, but then was stellar. Our WRs played great.

Defensively, we still need to get more pressure on the QB, teams are using the quick release passing game on us, so we better get used to it. Once again, the defense hasn't given up a TD yet this season. Cook threw a pick 6 late in the 4th for their only score.

ND looked average against a solid team, should be a great game under the lights next week.

CMU made a few good plays, but the defense has given up 2 FGs in 2 games so far this year. And those 2 FGs by Boise were after the O gave them the ball on the MSU 22 and 30 yard lines. Pretty good so far, need a better pass rush though.

The defence has looked really good so far. Maxwell and the offense have had stretches good and bad. Hope they come out strong against ND.
