Barmes slated to be the Bucs starting shortstop, which probably means Santiago is not going to get a starting job anywhere. Seems more likely he'll stick in Detroit as the back up infielder.

That's an awful lot, following the Hill, Infante and Ellis signings. No wonder the Tigers didn't sign any of these characters. They have all been overpriced.
