Princeton's case opened 3 years before Michigan's. Lot's of schools have a case like this pending and this is the 1st resolution I've heard. They reached some agreement to go forward. They weren't in compliance, but they are now and part of it includes the "preponderance of evidence" standard. The government likes that part.
