A little surprised @ how old that Ric was, never knew his age.

I bought The Cars first two albums on 8 track to play in my new ride, that's how long ago that they were released. Among my fave songs were "Moving In Stereo" and their second album's title track, "Candy O".

His other bandmate Benjamin Orr, passed quite awhile ago, IIRC.

Their first album is amazing. Almost every song on it is a hit. RIP, Ric.


My favorite Cars song is "Bye Bye Love"... according to Wikipedia, Orr sang the lead vocal on that. Never realized it.
