RIP Kirk Douglas

Rest in peace Spartacus. Him and Burt Lancaster were always must watch.
 
I remember he was great in Paths of Glory. I read through his history, and that's actually the only one of his movies I've seen.

Never saw Spartacus, except for clips of the famous scene.

I also saw him in the documentary, Trumbo, which was very good. I guess there's now a dispute over him taking credit for breaking the blacklist of Dalton Trumbo; whatever the truth, at least he was against the blacklist and not in favor of it continuing.

I googled his list of movies and I don't think I have seen a single one.
 
I wonder if they ever thought "hey that guy's not saying anything, maybe he's the real Spartacus." Ha.
