Spencer Torkelson: .500 SLG, .833 OPS, .333 BAbip

Greene: 196 wRC+ and so far this month has dropped his GB rate 11.4% and has added it to his LD%
He is also pulling the ball more (+12.1) while hitting the ball harder to the pull side (92.4 EV up from 86.4 in April)
(remember sample size*).

Torkelson, is doing much of what he did in April, but is lifting the ball more GB/FB down 0.36 and hitting the ball to the opposite field while maintaining his excellent hard hit rates.

Since the benching in Toronto, Javier Baez's numbers:
.347/.407/.542 (25-for-81 PA) with a wRC+ of 165 heading into last night.

I didn't watch the game. I just sat down to see the box score and saw that Schoop pinch hit for someone. I thought that it HAD to be that Baddoo got injured or something??? There is no way in hell that Schoop should be pinch hitting for ANYONE!

Attempting to steal second base, Badoo took a shot directly on the nads from the Guardo catcher?s throw, that the Guardo shortstop fielded cleanly as it rebounded off Badoo?s nads directly into the mitt of the the Guardo shortstop, who cleanly tagged Badoo out.

Badoo laid in pain for an amount of time.

Anyways, tomorrow?s game, the rubber game of the series, is a getaway day game, early afternoon in the Rock and Roll HOF City.

Tough loss. The strike zone was dog shit all night, but that's not an excuse. You can't leave that many runners on base.
