Tigers? Jose Cisnero leaves team after death in family; rookie reliever recalled from Toledo

The unfortunate news came shortly after Cisnero had been formally activated from the injured list and the Tigers had designated right-hander Drew Carlton for assignment.

The Tigers quickly called Triple-A Toledo for reinforcements and right-handed reliever Angel De Jesus flew in from St. Paul, Minn., in time for the game.
