It was the free MLB game yesterday and so I watched some of it.

I also watch the MLB highlights on Apple TV and I have to say that these guys in the aggregate are inferior fundamentally to the players of my youth, the outfielders in particular. They struggle with making even routine throws to bases with accuracy and precision. Cutoff men are ghosts as well. It's a different game that fights to sustain my interest.

He has the 7th most home runs, 11th most walks & the 8th highest total defensive value per fangraphs.
He has the 7th best fWAR for catchers, level with Adley who?s had 181 more PA.

Spencer Torkelson is leading the Detroit Tigers in home runs & is tied for the team lead in OPS & RBI?s.
Torkelson also leads the Tigers in doubles & walks.

RHP Alex Faedo began an injury rehab assignment with Triple A Toledo tonight.
