Misc Rant

They should really let Miggy play first once in a blue moon and give Torkelson a chance to roam around the clubhouse to see if he can find his bat. Baddoo is back, why I don't know. flash in the pan. Baez throws too many balls in the dirt and swings at too many pitches out side of the zone. Haase should get more playing time, Barnhart wasn't necessary. It still pisses me off they followed up that nice 4 game sweep of the tribe with this horseshit baseball. Miggy is only 1 for road trip since being named to the all star team.

Willi Castro pops out to strand the bases loaded in the first inning against Royals lefty Kris Bubic.

Three runners reached safely Riley Greene (single), Miguel Cabrera (walk), Eric Haase (walk) but the Tigers failed to score. 25 pitches for Bubic.

That 399-foot drive to LF by Javier B?ez would've been a HR in 24 MLB parks, including Comerica, according to Statcast. It's an out at the fence here at Kauffman Stadium.

The Invisible Man returns:
Final line for Matt Manning in rehab start with Low-A Lakeland: 2.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 0 K. 28 pitches, 13 strikes.
Fastball averaged 92.8 mph and topped out at 94.1 mph.

7-4 now. Tigers are never in control when playing the teams in the division. Especially KC

Are you kidding me ? Just a awful pitch on 1-2 count to Dozier. Just awful . I just don?t understand.
Tying freaking runner at the plate.

Next batter K?s one out . JJ out
Fulmer in.
7-5 sacrifice fly.
Sigh Hbp

Now Fulmer can?t find the plate to a .183 hitter 3-0. After hbp
3-2 now. Slider for the K !
