There does appear to be a tendency to think the other team is powerless to stop the Tigers. Only the Tigers stop the Tigers.

The Angels do not have good pitching. It's just typical Tigers offense choking against teams they know are superior. They actually hit their only good pitcher but the soft tossing lefties always dominate them even though they have an all righty lineup. Deer in the headlights lookin fatboy blows another game in this series with his penchant for hanging off speed pitches
