Designate Robertson is now DetroitTigerSnark Blog

Rogo's fears about the '13 Tigers are justified. In many ways they seem to be better than last year's team, (RF-SS-DH-SP-2B) but in some others they appear to be worse. (BP-1B-C) Bench, LF & CF (as well as 3B coach) are mainly a wash, I suppose. Miggy has amazingly outdone his MVP offensive output comparatively, BUT he has become injury-riddled/crippled as of late, which is of course, quite worrisome, especially with the postseason now looming large. Coincidentally (or fortunately. depending on your fanhood/POV) his main statistical competitor in Chris Davis has suddenly ceased hitting homers, much less doing so @ a prodigious rate.

This team also seems to have developed a bipolar tinge to it, looking like world-beater contenders during one or two series, then are like bottom-feeding pretenders in the next...go figure....or is that "going senile", yanno?

Edit: IMO. the chances of Peralta being added to the Tigers potential postseason roster are tied to the near-future health of one Miggy Cabrera.
