Detroit Tigers Minor League Notes

The Tigers announced Friday that Rafael Dolis ? a pitcher who they?d signed to a minor-league deal and extended a spring training invite ? would be transferred to the Hanshin Tigers of Nippon Professional Baseball, in exchange for cash considerations.

I love our Tigers but I'm a bit underwhelmed by this list.

Half of the list seems ok to me; Fulmer, Jimenez, Gerber although a bit old for his league, don't know much about Voelker, I would say Machado is replaceable although they settled on him after trades of other middle infielders, Hill will have to hit. Burrows is just starting out for a full season.
So yeah, and just the protected first round pick this June.
Still bottom third of minor league systems, hope to improve on that by the 2018 draft.
