Almost looks like he was trying to push the Bruin into the boards (note the crosscheck on the hips), when the Bruin pivoted away and Polak fell shoulder/neck first into the boards.

Was a long time before they actually got him off the ice and he really wasn't moving. TSN said he has movement so luckily not paralyzed. Pretty scary to start the season off.
