Hi,
The Hot Seat is the perfect place to learn more about fellow members. In this board, members may each have their own personal topic. This is certainly not a requirement, but it is a fun and interesting thing to do on the forum. In your personal topic, you will allow members to reply with any questions, and it will basically be an interview. If you are looking to find out more about a member you really enjoy talking to, you can take the time to ask that member questions if the member in question has a personal topic. Please keep in mind that you are not required to answer any question that you do not wish to answer.
