Looks like we are now #2 in both polls.

Also

#11 Wisconsin
#23 Colorado
#24 Penn State (AP only)

Three ranked teams. Three victories.

I'm so sick of O$U fans whining about losing because it was the refs fault, we play cupcake teams, they had two back to back night away games, etc.

Shut up and take the loss and move on.

And yeah, that's real cupcake quality right there. GO BLUE!

Penn State sucks and MICHIGAN kicked their ass handily. Beat Colorado, Wisky & PSU by an average of 21pts.

Ha.

Missed calls happen all the time to everybody.

Had the PI been called the Buckeyes would had 1st and 10 at the PSU 27 with 1:23 to go - who knows if the outcome would have changed or not?

Exactly. It never should have came down to a call or a no-call on a play.

Like I said - it didn't come down to that.

The Buckeyes would have still needed to score with just about a minute left.

Plus the Buckeyes had three shots after the missed call; a pass incompletion followed by two sacks, the second one on 4th down that ended the game - did the missed PI call cause the result of those three plays?

EDIT: It's kind of like when we moan about all those years ago when Wiggins kicked the ball that was caught in the Missouri end zone that resulted in a Nebraska touchdown - had the TD call been overturned, Nebraska would still have had the ball deep in Missouri territory with a chance to score - we don't know that Nebraska still wouldn't have scored and gone on to win had that play not been ruled a touchdown.

I don't know but all these friends from HS who were quite active on social media the past few years with their Go Sparty stuff are awfully quiet now. Same too for the OSU fans, this morning anyways.

Sorry, I was still speaking on what the Buck fans are saying -- that the missed PI is the reason for the loss.

OSU really doesn't have much to whine about. Yeah it was a missed PI call, but it was PSU for cryin out loud, it never should have come down to that. The mighty buckeyes should have won the game handily and one missed PI call should not have mattered.

Unfortunately, Michigan still has to go into the snake pit and kill the viper in order to make it to the conference championship game. If OSU wins out, including The Game, they will win the east and go to the conference championship. That really sucks! Michigan still has work to do! But OSU looks much more beatable this morning than they did before. If Michigan goes into the snake pit and plays up to the teams ability or exceeds what they have played so far this season, they will walk away with a win and advance to the conference championship.

GO BLUE!! #2 in the Nation!

Yeah, Rich Rod and maybe Hoke too (does Hoke get a vote?).

I guess Hoke took over as DC at Oregon this season. Maybe he got the HC Mark Helfrich to vote that way.

Helfrich was pretty successful there his first year after replacing Chip Kelly; after that there's been a pretty precipitous drop off over the last couple years.

Hadn't thought if rich rod

I don't even think Urban Meyer would vote us so low. Not after the loss. His team needs us ranked high.

My guess is SEC coaches and probably a team like Washington.

I don't think it would be any fellow Big Ten coaches, and I think it less likely that anyone with Midwestern ties would pull a stunt like that, although I wouldn't put something like that past Urban Meyer.

here's the full list of voters... my guess is it's coaches from the SEC (or maybe even ACC schools worried about losing out?), or small conference coaches who used to be assistants at SEC/ACC schools. Or RichRod
