NCAA Tournament Selection Show Thread

I wonder if we had won more tie-breakers in the conference and finished better than 8th we'd be ranked higher..

Bottom line, you are beating an uber-talented Oregon, or a really good Louisville with the 6 or 7. I actually don't mind Louisville, they don't shoot well at all.

The closer to home the better is how I see it.

It looks like Indy is going to host rounds of both the Midwest and the Southern regionals.

I guess they scheduled a part of the Midwestern Regional in the capitol of California as a salute to how California so greatly reflects traditional Midwestern values.

I was thinking the same thing.

Honestly, I'm happier to see Louisville than Oregon. Louisville doesn't shoot great from the outside.

Northwestern looks nervous. Az hasn't been seeded yet, right? I guess they'll be a #2 in Gonzaga's bracket.

Agreed. It's like they didn't even watch basketball the last 2 weeks.

They probably had their teams and seeds set a couple days ago, adjusting only for the automatic bids.

The fact that Purdon't still got a 4 seed and Minnesota a 5 makes me think the committee gave a lot of credit for regular season records. That doesn't explain why Wisconsin is an 8, though and we're a 7, so i don't ****ing know.

Ouch. NW an 8. I was hoping they'd get a 7 or 10 to stay away from the #1 seed.
