Bears Wanted Avril
I love me some LoJack! I think he is a hoss and plays well whenever given the opportunity. Willie Young is still a little raw but similar to Avril as he currently is only a pass rush specialist. Hoping that Willie can continue to develop though.- michiganmania

Salary Cap Going Up?
Pretty sure that I remember reading last year before this season that they were expecting to see the cap jump to around 125 million for this season. I was pretty surprised that I did not see the cap go up at all this year.- michiganmania

I have set up an ESPN fantasy baseball league for my father to get his feet wet as he has never played it. Looks Like Many Teams Could Be Big Spenders
Tulloch is a MLB that fits a specific defensive system which is why limited teams were interested in him last year and why we got him for the price that we got him at for the year. I would assume that we will have him locked up long term before FA starts anyway though.- michiganmania

I hate the idea of borrowing cap for next year unless certain contracts are structured to negate next years loss of cap space. People get paid a lot of money to "massage" the cap and make things work!- michiganmania

I agree that a decent portion should probably be incentive based for contracts. The problem would be having a hard cap.
